Can I ship to multiple addresses on a single order?

Yes. On the cart you can assign an address to each product on your order.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. You can have a personalised message with each hamper, up to 240 characters including spaces and punctuation. 

Alternatively you can provide your own cards or compliment slips provided they do not exceed the maximum size of A5 for corporate orders. For this option please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@spicersofhythe.com. If you have artwork you would like to be printed onto a card, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number. 

We do ask that any physical cards/artwork are supplied no later than 2 weeks before despatch, to allow for enough time to get your cards packed.

The message will be enclosed with the delivery documentation. Please note we do not enclose any pricing information with the delivery.

Can you offer any discounts?

At certain times of the year, we may offer various discounts which can be redeemed via a promotional code. This can be from for our newsletter, brochure or advertised on the website.

To claim a promotional code first enter the addresses and then proceed to the checkout. You'll then be able to enter the promotional code in the area show below:  

Once you enter a valid promotional code, and hit apply, the discount will be deducted from the order total. You can then make payment and complete the order.

Can I upload my addresses via an email?

If you are planning to do a large order, then we recommend you do the full process with our personalised quotation service provided by our Customer Service team. They can generate a quote for you and then provide you with an address template. For smaller orders, doing them manually on the website is the best course of action.

Does this hamper contain allergens?

As our hampers contain a wide variety of allergens across our range, we cannot provide an overall allergen statement that appropriately covers all hampers.

As our warehouse deals with nut-based products, we cannot declare however that our hampers are entirely free-from TREE NUTS.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a Halal hamper.

All Gluten-free hampers are based on the Gluten-Free product page.
